what is your return policy?

All sales of original artwork, custom artwork, and prints are final. My goal is for you to be completely thrilled with your purchase! Every order is handled with care and as much clarity and transparency as possible. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order please email: carson@studiobradbury.com.

WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?

All custom artwork is shipped via UPS. All prints and gifts are shipped via USPS.

WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR A PROJECT?

Typically, drawings take between 3-4 weeks to create with additional time for shipping. However, this can vary depending on the size of the drawing and my current workload. Holidays may take a bit longer due to demand and increased work load. Feel free to reach out for an exact quote and timeline!

CAN YOU ADD SOMETHING INTO A PHOTO OR COMBINE PHOTOS?

Yes! We can add in people, combine photos, change backgrounds, or anything else you have in mind. We will work together to create the perfect drawing for you.

CAN I GET ADDITIONAL COPIES OF MY ARTWORK PRINTED?

Yes! Hi-Resolution copies can be scanned and printed for an additional cost for any custom artwork you have commissioned. Cost varies with size.

CAN I PURCHASE A DIGITAL FILE OF MY COMMISSIONED ARTWORK?

Yes! Hi-Resolution digital scans can be emailed to you for personal use ONLY. Artwork MAY NOT be copied, printed, and/or sold. If you are interest in a digital file of your commissioned work, please email: hello@carsonkowar.com.

DO YOU OFFER FRAMING SERVICES?

At this time, I do not offer framing services. However, each drawing comes with a 1/2"- 1” border to frame your drawing with a mat. Feel reach out if you have any specific framing questions. Additionally, your drawing is shipped to you gift wrapped with an option to add a personalized note!
